Ian And Helisha
I would like to welcome Ian & Helisha to our blog this morning. Ian and Helisha tied the knot at Maroupi in Ballito. This wedding was almost cancelled due to a tragic loss of Helisha’s mom, but we were delighted to later hear that the wedding stayed it’s course, because this wedding was a day to be remembered! The morning was off to a great start with all the details already finished when we arrived. The guys were super excited for the day and our groomsmen prep went according to plan. The bridal prep was done at Fairmont Hotel and Helisha looked so radiant. The dress was so elegant with all the details so wondefully made by Jeanelle L’Amour Bridal. After a successful shoot at the hotel we made our way to the venue. When Helisha made her way down the aisle Ian could not take his eyes off of his beautiful bride. He looked like a boy in a candy shop…. So excited for his prize!
The ceremony was beautifully done and the vows shared were just as special. During the creative we were a bit surprised that the local forest had been cut down but we took advantage of all the open space it gave us. The scenery was perfect for the style of shooting we were looking for. Ian and Helisha handled James and my directions very well. When we got back to reception the weather started to change and we were fortunate to have gotten such good weather during the creative shoot. The reception was wonderfully orchestrated as everything followed the itinerary as planned. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and we want to thank Ian and Helisha for allowing us to be a part of such a special day!
